This refund policy applies to Butterfly Lab and its published services, including guided tours and admission reservations.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for cancellations made within the specified time frame. Please ensure your request meets our guidelines.

Refunds do not apply to any fees associated with educational workshops or special events once they have commenced.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval of your cancellation request.

If you wish to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
